25 Acres was honored to welcome David Foster for a visit.
David’s an old buddy from grad school and the OG of the Chief Academic Officer role at ExecOnline, which I held for a bit later on.
It’s coming up on two years since we first moved here.
We’ve officially concluded that, in fact, a fancy coffee shop is not likely to open at the corner of New Vineyard Road and High Street any time soon.
In response, we are pleased to announce that fancy espresso drinks have now arrived here at 25 Acres.

In honor of the new hobby up here at 25 Acres, the Grand Matriarch toured the coffee shops of Bethesda with Chip during his last visit.
Well, think back to when Zach started feeding the feral cat who was hanging around the house. Remember? The one that quickly turned out to be four feral cats, plus a skunk, raccoon, and fox.
Well, we are now moving forward into the next generation.
